I would like to have my appliances thoroughly cleaned but there are many companies offering this service, why should i book with you?

I can see sparkle and shine is an Eco Friendly Oven cleaning company? What does this mean?

We are proud to only be using eco friendly products as we believe in looking after our environment, this also helps reduce our carbon footprint. 

Are you methods of Oven cleaning Pet Friendly?

Yes, they are pet friendly as we only use non caustic cleaning products which means they do not contain any nasty chemicals/smells. We are animal lovers ourselves but do ask that you remove all animals from the area so we can ensure that no spillages occur.

What is the difference of using Non Caustic Oven cleaning products compared to traditional methods such as Oven Pride/Supermarket Cleaning products?

The main difference between non caustic oven cleaning products and the traditional oven pride is that ours contain no toxic chemicals or horrible fumes. Our products do not stain or leave residue on your appliances like traditional chemicals can.

I live in a 1st/2nd floor Flat are you able to clean my oven?

Of course all we ask for is a space for us to park our vehicle as we use our custom built Oven Cleaning Dip tank throughout the process so we will be going back and forth to our vehicle.

Do i need to prepare anything prior to your arrival?

No, just remove any pots or pans from your oven.

I live in an area where it requires a permit to park are you able to visit my property?

We are able to visit your property however we would require you to supply a parking permit.

Are you able to clean my oven, its very old and requires a lot of attention are you able to service this?

Do you require the use of electricity in my property?

No not usually however depending on the lighting in your kitchen/room we may have to plug in a LED light.

How long does it take?

Each appliance is different but the rough guideline would be between 1.5hrs-3.5hrs depending on your appliances.

Do you require a deposit?

No we do not require a deposit

How can i pay?

We accept various methods of payment such as: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Debit card - Bank transfer - Cash

I need to pop out to an appointment/collect children from school am i able to do this?

We do require you to be at the property at all times, this is for our safety as well as yours, if you need to pop out for 5 minutes then we would be able to work this around the visit.

How soon after you have cleaned my appliances can i use them?

You can use your appliance as soon as we have completed your clean.

What if i have a problem with my appliance once you have visited my property?

Prior to signing off our visit we run through each appliance demonstrating that it is in full working order. We cannot accept responsibility of any issues that may occur once we have left your property.

Something has come up and i need to reschedule/cancel my appointment will i be charged?

If you have to reschedule/cancel your appointment we ask for at least 24 hours notice otherwise cancellations within the 24hour period will incur a 50% charge of the visit.
